Leading specialty retailer seeking a Marketing Analyst who will use advanced analytics techniques to derive insights, evaluate performance and promotion effectiveness, develop data products, and survey customer preferences.
Must have a strong quantitative background, including hands-on experience with data processing, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
Will also be responsible for preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship for the analytics team, identifying key projects, data sources, and/or tools that advance our capabilities and drive value for the organization.
Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in a data analyst or data scientist role Bachelor’s degree in statistics/math, business, quantitative analysis, finance, economics or related.
Master’s degree a plus Proficient in SQL and SAS/Python/R Hands-on experience leveraging large datasets to generate insights and recommendations Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau Working knowledge of business statistics and machine learning algorithms.
Customer retail analytic experience preferred Keywords: Campaign analytics, customer performance, marketing effectiveness, all channels, Email/Dmail, SAS preferred, can have SQL/Python/R/SAS.
