Pay Rate: $15 per hour, Sales Incentives
Length of Assignment: August 2016 through mid-April 2017

What they do:
- Achieves sales goals for assigned territory or vertical markets. Increases the number of new accounts while retaining and growing existing business.
- Supports Field Sales Representative sales efforts for assigned territory or vertical Markets.
- Provides exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers. Maintains positive working relationships with Inside Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Shop Employees to ensure customer needs are always met.
- Maintains a thorough working knowledge of See’s products and programs for all Volume Discount Channels (Fundraising, Business Gifts, Group Discount), plus Retail and Mail Order.
- Utilizes telesales skills to assess and close sales.
- Ensures customer account information is kept current and accurate through the use of Salesforce.com and Bravo proprietary order entry system. Follows all other set processes & procedures.
What we look for:
Dynamic individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills who can provide exceptional service?and:
- Two years Inside Sales, Telesales or outbound call center experience. Closing deals over the telephone is a plus. See?s Candies Quantity Discount experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives and growth projections in an ?inside sales? environment.
- Articulate, results-oriented and competitive spirit.
- Persuasive communication skills. Appropriate grammar and basic spelling skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) required; Salesforce.com or Contact Management experience a plus.
