Full-Time or Part-Time Positions Available
– Ad Sales Development Manager.

Have yet to sell Ad Space through cold calls: WE WILL TRAIN: we will also provide you leads to call.

Trainee Program: Graduation eligible after thirty days.

Qualify to convert from a Trainee to a full-time company sales employee.

Receive pay during this trainee period on all ads sold.

You decide when you graduate based on your production.

Control your own destiny.

You begin as an Independent Rep during the training period.

You control how long it takes to produce sold ad space and convert to a company full-time or part-time employee.

You will earn commission on ALL ads sold starting day 1.

EARN AS YOU TRAIN and learn the business from an experienced sales pro.

Trainee qualifier to convert and be promoted to a company sales position after a minimum of thirty days:

Produce $8,000 in sales (collections) during any four-week period and you will have the option to convert to a company employee and receive the comp plan as defined below.

Or one can remain an Independent Contractor Sponsor Development Manager and be paid on all ads sold.

You control your own destiny.

Trainee Comp Plan Summary:

27.5% on all New Ad Sales Collections (this is an upstart commission, higher than the normal commission to stimulate and motivate Trainees).

Earn $100 for a standard ad space sale, sell a banner size space, and earn $300 for one Ad Sold.

If the Trainee decides to remain as Independent Contractor after graduating, the commission remains at 27.5% versus the company employee plan percentages earned should the Trainee decide to convert to a company employee with salary and commission.

A) The company employee receives multiple bonus plans not offered by the independent contractor.

B) the company employee receives an insurance stipend C) the company employee is guaranteed $1,800 to $2,000 in a month, even if he/she experience a poor month selling

Any sales revenue brought in during the Trainee period will count toward quarterly and annual bonus plans.

1) Trainee Graduates into a Full-Time Company Employee
– $2,000 per month base salary, plus commissions and bonuses.

Company Employee Bonuses
– Bonus plans: monthly, quarterly, and annually.

As a company employee with a salary, the commission is paid on all ads sold above the first $9,000 monthly.

OR

If you want to manage yourself and your hours worked, become an Independent Sponsor Development Manager.

– Full Time or Part Time (4 hours per day minimum 6 to 8 preferred).

Draw against commission plan available during the first six months, the potential to increase monthly 1099 payment by 33%.

This is an excellent opportunity for a disciplined independent worker that would like to work from home or a remote location.

A candidate should have some sales experience.

If prior experience selling advertising space, newspaper, magazine, yellow pages, or raising donations, is a plus, not a must.

Both roles, employee or 1099 Rep, after six months renewal ads become annuities and every six months employed or engaged as a 1099 Rep earning will increase.

This provides a significant opportunity to increase earnings from ad renewal retention and will continue to be rewarding if new ad sales are maintained.

Approximate income targets for monthly earnings are based on industry standards and company expectations:

A) Company Employees’ commission percentage for selling an ad is less than an Independent Rep, however, between, monthly, quarterly, annual, and longevity bonuses, the income package can exceed an independent Rep.

B) The numbers above can increase significantly every six months based on residual income from renewal ads.

While the company is headquartered in Walnut California the position can be

anywhere in the U.S.A.

The company hours are typically 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday PACIFIC Time Zone.

We are a publishing company printing programs for charity events.

These are weekly bingo charity events for, Schools, Churches, Senior and Community Centers, and other charitable organizations.

The ads are priced for six months at a time, when we introduce a new program, with updated ads.

The ability to create leads, make cold calls, handle rejection and be comfortable developing a relationship over the phone are essential skills needed.

We provide leads based on industries for you to call.

For those with an Entrepreneurial Spirit, Sales territory ownership or territory franchises can be earned after two years of excel production.
