Responsibility
- Sales order entry and tracking shipments- timely entry and ensure communication with warehouse
- Working with shipping manager for timely shipments
- Follow up with customers regarding there orders through email or phone
- Answer sales phone calls and reply email on any questions customers may have
- Sample Management
- Website inventory and sales management – ability to push product live on site and manage the inventory
- Photoshoot assistant – able to assist stylist and photographer on photoshoots
Qualifications
- Fashion background – working
- Experience in data entry in a system – ability to submit orders through & ability to learn technical applications quickly
- Customer service experience – face to face & phone
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word proficient
- Adobe Photoshop experience is not a requirement but an added plus
- Entrepreneur mindset – ability to work on a lean team and take ownership of projects and fulfill them with efficiency and accuracy
- Team player – able to work easily with others in an open office environment
