As a Marketing & Sales Team Lead, you’ll be providing a fantastic experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with product information and answering questions about products or services
- Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
- Training new staff members on product knowledge, sales, and customer service techniques
- Handling complaints of the clients.
- Taking feedback from clients.
