You are a Rize product evangelist and will play an integral role in driving marketing support of existing products and new product launches.

You will effectively collaborate with Product, Sales/BD, and the existing Marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive visibility and demand.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our client’s problems.

You are obsessed with tracking performance and you know what data we will need to prove what’s working and what isn’t.

You will grow to know our competitors like the back of your hand: what they do today and what they plan to do in the future.

You will also grow to know our clients better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO: Develop a complete understanding of the Rize product offering and how it provides value to various types of clients.

Research, develop and execute marketing and promotion plans including market sizing, opportunities, win/loss analysis, customer needs, competitive positioning, and marketing strategy.

Create and execute go-to-market activities to increase demand, market visibility, pipeline, and wins.

Work closely with sales/business development and product management to create clear, compelling value propositions, based on pain points that resonate with current clients and prospects to help increase wins.

Develop brochures, technical papers, and competitive positioning documents for client-facing purposes as well as for internal sales training and enablement.

Create web content, thought leadership material, customer presentations, solution collaterals, customer stories, videos, business value documents, and competitive positioning that aligns with various stages of the sales and product lifecycles.

Assist with planning and executing of launch programs in collaboration with product management, content marketing, and sales.

Become an expert on the Fintech industry; provide subject matter expertise relative to the competitive aspects of our product offerings.

Use campaign data and analytics to track success and recommend best practices.

Develop messaging and positioning that clearly defines and differentiates Rize’s suite of products while ensuring branding and/or messaging is consistent with Rize brand guidelines.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 2-3 years of product marketing experience for a Fintech B2B or Saas/Baas company Familiarity with Fintech industry trends and Rize’s target market Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-starter attitude and an eagerness to tackle complex projects head-on Experience working with Google Analytics, WordPress, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Experience communicating and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams Don’t worry if you don’t check every single one of our boxes–-we look for talented people with passion and curiosity but you should have some good work experience under your belt and enough comfort with tools to build out processes.
