Online Marketing Specialist

Overview

Working under supervision of the Manager of Retail Systems and Logistics, supports day-to-day operations of the Getty e-Commerce Retail and Wholesale websites.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for two e-Commerce sites: direct retail and wholesale
  • Oversee Amazon Store (FBA): maintain inventory levels and product listings; monitor advertising; analyze sales data
  • Oversee third-party fulfillment by maintaining inventory levels and product assortments
  • Assist with day-to-day site maintenance and content changes
  • Coordinate project list for all e-commerce development projects
  • Coordinate workflow by setting schedules and priorities for projects
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Assist with website metric analysis by running reports for manager as necessary
  • Generate daily and monthly sales reports
  • Responsible for new product creation and ensuring accuracy of all product information on the sites
  • Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy for online location
  • Assist in gathering new product information from Buyers
  • Coordinate product photography
  • Assist in the development and merchandise strategy for the online store
  • Provide expertise and direction for the web fulfillment team daily as needed, including instructions for orders that require special handling
  • As the primary customer contact for online-related inquiries, demonstrate excellent customer service skills via phone and e-mail
  • Process payments daily
  • Provide assistance and follow-up for orders with risk assessment
  • Maintain a calendar of e-blasts and other tools to routinely perpetuate and grow business
  • Qualifications

    • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum 3-4 years related experience
