ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building a comprehensive channel marketing automation solution for one of our largest clients.

The solution is custom designed to suit the needs of our client’s customers, vendors, and partners.

It features functionality to support brand management, financial transactions, marketing execution and support, printing and fulfillment, and analytics and insight.

We are looking for Marketing Success Representatives with top communications skills to be the advocates for our end users and their use of this platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for growth in platform usage by guiding our end user’s marketing strategies, informing their tactics, and supporting their consumption of marketing outputs.

JOB FUNCTIONS
Answer inquiries from Dealers on calls/chats Respond to and troubleshoot Dealer issues Consult on Marketing spend options/decisions with Dealers Document details of Dealer interactions Be the voice providing feedback to the corporate Dealer team

SKILLS NEEDED
Knowledge of Marketing vehicles (print, social media, events, radio/TV, etc.) Exceptional verbal communication skills Multi-tasking Motivation to be a strong self-starter Empathetic in nature Demonstrable flexibility and embracing of change Can-do, positive attitude Natural abilities in customer service, problem solving, and resourcefulness Ability to navigate web-based technology platforms Desire to work independently in an unstructured, ambiguous, evolving environment

QUALIFICATIONS
4-year college degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field 2(+) years customer service experience Skills in training/teaching, inside sales, program launches are plusses Experience with web-based Marketing automation software or plaftorms a plus

Drug screening and background check are required as permitted by law Virtual work environment Non-scripted chat/call environment Must have quiet workspace This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position and you are expected to be at work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday in your local time zone Positions are available in multiple locations including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Atlanta, Boston, and New York

COMPENSATION

Salary to $50K depending on experience
