We are looking for a talented marketing specialist to help us tell the EyeQue story and grow the business through comprehensive email programs and marketing activities.
Responsibilities Lead the marketing department’s email program, supporting campaigns, promotions, and newsletter.
Develop email campaign strategies and tactics, including writing copy, designing/assembling graphics, reporting on performance, and updating a content calendar.
Manage the marketing automation and email platform(s) workflows, maintenance, and operations.
Set up drip campaigns, pre
– and post-sale communication emails.
Support product launch rollouts and operations.
Participate in tactics shaping the improvement of customer experiences and associated touch-points.
Assist in blog posting and development, with an emphasis on SEO performance and sales conversions.
Participate in marketing activities such as events (online and offline), campaign & promotion development, video production, photo shoots, product development, and other tasks, as needed.
Support website activities, including the posting and editing of pages, including content maintenance.
Manage multiple and concurrent projects, keeping them on schedule and within scope.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field from a highly-rated university either locally or internationally.
MBA is a major plus.
3 years experience marketing consumer products online, preferably in the optical, health, or fitness device sectors.
3 years experience using marketing automation platforms, with demonstrated experience maximizing marketing automation capabilities.
3 years experience writing short-form copy and long-form content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Experience with a graphic design program such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, YouTube Analytics, and Facebook Analytics.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO and consumer journeys.
Proactive, mature, and strategic with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience in startups or high-growth firms along with experience in consumer optical, health or fitness device or service sector is a winning combination.
