You must be creative, versatile and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

There are a few areas for which we are looking for a part-time help and depending on the skills we may take on more interns or PT employees.

We are striving to stand out from the crowd and grow business by improving guest service and building customer loyalty in the store.

In addition, we are looking to promote catering and bulk order business with local schools, colleges, businesses, churches and other organizations.Helping and training staff to deliver great customer service at the storeConducting and implementing sampling events few times a week in the storeCreatively decorating stores around various holidays/festivalsDeveloping a database of local organizations to promote catering and bulk order business.Creating marketing campaigns to target the local organizations, sending email blasts and visiting them to promote catering/bulk-order business.Coming up with impulse limited time store promotions during various times of the week and help executing themResearch to identify, develop and reach new sources of business/revenue within framework of business modelBuilding community relationsUtilizing social media and digital marketing to accomplish all of the above.Enter/import Sales and Purchasing Data in QuickBooksPosting bank activities and credit card reconciliationsBill Payments and updating QuickBooksPayroll processing and tax paymentsCompiling financial reportsLearning and implementing steps to automate many of the above tasksIdentifying service providers and vendors as needed and coordinating work with themManaging other miscellaneous tasks as they come upMarketing/Sales, Accounting with Business Minor or equivalent preferred.

Proficiency/Experience with digital marketing and social media use for marketing Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Database software, QuickBooks and graphics design preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Filing and other duties as assigned
