Greatness Media is hiring a Marketing Integrator!
While focusing on the customer journey, our Marketing Integrator will be responsible for implementing marketing workflows and customer journeys for all products and services.
The ideal candidate will be a CRM workflow expert, (preferably HubSpot certified), and can both conceive ideas and execute marketing strategies and workflows.
We are looking for someone who is an analytical thinker and experienced with customer automation and lead generation.
A proven track record in increasing customer conversion rates on products and services is a must!

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
Nurturing email lists in HubSpot; monthly email scrubs, maintaining unsubscribe list Segmenting various lists based on the product, service and action; creating multiple “hand raise” sequences for products and services based on segmented lists; sending marketing promotional emails based on the segment Setting up sales, check out cart and landing pages Focusing on lead generation on email and SMS text list Supporting paid ad strategy Concentrating on increasing customer conversion rates on products and services Taking marketing strategies and workflows from idea conception through implementation Working with our Copywriter to ensure clear communication to email and text audience Any and everything that is customer automation!
YOUR ABILITIES AND EXPERTISE:
3-5+ years of experience with online marketing Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience Experience working with/for a marketing agency Proven results in lead generation and increasing customer conversion rates Expert in HubSpot or similar CRM program (HubSpot certified expert preferred) Ability to work in a fast paced environment on a wide variety of projects A positive attitude and desire to work with a team that is changing the world!
THE TEAM YOU’LL COLLABORATE WITH:
You will report to the Head of Operations.
You will work closely with our Copywriter and Marketing Team.
WHERE GREATNESS IS INSPIRED:
All things creative take place at The School of Greatness studio in Century City just next to Beverly Hills.
But, this position can work remotely from anywhere in the country!
WHEN THE GREATNESS HAPPENS:
The typical work schedule is Monday
– Friday, 9AM
– 6PM PT with occasional weekend work.
