BMC Software is seeking a talented MarTech Integration specialist to be part of its growing marketing operations team, to oversee marketing operations across acquisition, retention and engagement pipeline and lead flow processes. The role requires ingenuity, understanding of MarTech structures, marketing data flow, and MarTech integrations, working with other subject matter experts to help maintain and innovate our operations across CRM and other marketing automation tools. Primary responsibilities are to project/program manage MarTech integrations, enhance and incorporate new technologies to create efficiency within our ever-evolving MarTech stack. The ideal candidate is a change agent, willing to drive adoption, across people, process, and tech, with a keen desire to streamline the functions of marketing and sales as it relates to lead generation and demand waterfall through systems integrations. Your expertise across range of marketing softwares, digital channels and desire to be curious of evolving technology trends are a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with internal stakeholders, develop and drive a strategy, vision, and roadmap for Martech platforms
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and IT developers in architecting, designing, and implementing integrations between Martech tools
  • Supports architecture projects, working to understand functional requirements, interacting with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and deliver
  • Supports marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, and rebuilds as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Help clients set up the integrations between Eloqua and CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Distribution Engine, Integrate, Conversica, and more.)
  • Generates customer presentations leveraging value-based methodologies
  • Knowledge of lead nurturing, lead scoring and sales/marketing organization alignment principles.
  • Serve as a product strategist and evangelist for digital toolsets
  • Operate Martech products as an administrator
  • Change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts.
  • Lead user acceptance testing while correcting any issues that arise
  • Monitor integrations to ensure data exchanges are working properly and work with internal IT teams to resolve issues that arise
  • Optimize technology investments and monitor data quality within Martech products
  • Research and recommend new Martech products
  • Oversee data security and product enhancement
  • Oversee training of marketing technology software and user adoption
  • Provide thought leadership to business stakeholders about emerging trends in digital technology as aligned to strategy
  • Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors
  • Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insight to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with the development of the lead nurturing strategies using marketing automation software across a variety of channels such as email, SMS, display, and social media

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience managing integrations, documentation and tech stack evaluations
  • 2+ years of demand generation, business consulting, in a Marketing Automation environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills, strategic thinker, and high degree of intellectual curiosity to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities, including strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work successfully with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, project management and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to lead and inspire change
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Have a strong technology and customer vision
  • Salesforce CRM experience as a marketing user
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Marketing reporting and analysis to understand performance against KPIs and team goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Certifications: B2B Master, B2B Luminary, Oracle Marketing Cloud Implementation Specialist
  • Experience using latest marketing tools like Vidyard, Litmus, Bombora, 6Sense, DemandBase, UberFlip is a definite plus
  • Passion to learn and expand hands-on technical skills
