Marketing Executive

Initiate, handle and follow up with brand partnership and promotion Organize and execute grassroot events related to film promotion Organize and execute premiere screening events Manage and execute business events such as trade shows and conferences Handle with consumer products and branding related movie projects and activities Manage movie premiums, promotion materials and their related logistics Manage office/warehouse inventory and character costume maintenance Liaise and manage part-time helpers for promotion and grassroot events Update data and prepare reports on competitor’s marketing campaign and performance Prepare purchase order and handle SAP system
Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese

• Excellent oral communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• University Graduate or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant experience in promotion and event marketing, either in-house or agencies (Not a must in films or related industry)

• Pro-active organization and pitching skills with ability to meet tight deadlines

• Able to prepare outstanding power-point and excel presentation

• Able to conduct data analysis (with related tools)

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment (with long hours)

• Able to work independently

• Great people person and a good team player

• Willing to work outside office environment and do local travel

• Keen interest in films is a must

• Outgoing personality is a plus
