Our mission is to celebrate human connection through the beauty of artisanship.n nTo continue to expand our platform and accomplish our mission, we are looking to hire a highly motivated and collaborative Marketing & E Comm Coordinator with a deep commitment and respect for the artisans and non-profits with whom we work.n n About the Opportunity:n n Anna Beck’s Marketing & E Comm Coordinator assists in the development and implementation of our brand strategy.

Reporting to the Brand Director, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of online merchandising, supporting our marketing efforts by ensuring accuracy and uniformity across all channels.

As an integral part of our small marketing team, you’ll work closely with others to measure and analyze data to drive progress towards business growth and realign our strategy to improve the customer experience.n n What You’ll Do:n n Customer Experience: You’ll enhance customer experience by creating more efficient systems, streamlining online processes, and identifying apps that create partnerships with key vendors Product Management : You’ll manage all pages across our website, reviewing them on a daily basis, making sure they’re effectively merchandised by verifying that product information, placement, and categorization is accurate and that its logical arrangement allows customers to find relevant products quickly.

You’ll also work closely with the Production Team to optimize web conversion through product availability and identifying best sellers and key trends.

Marketing: You’ll assist in the end-to-end setup of products on Shopify, email and SMS messages, homepage updates, new content pages, promotions, and other features, ensuring that they are activated and aligned with digital marketing calendars.

You’ll also assist marketing efforts by managing the showroom and assisting with photoshoots.

Data Analysis : You’ll initiate and set up weekly reports that capture relevant KPI data to assist in improving customer experience and conversion to drive sales and margin.

You’ll also monitor market trends and best practices alongside our own online behavior data and testing to determine gaps and opportunities to optimize listings, increase traffic, improve conversion and drive performance.n Why You’re Right for This Job:n n Your 3-5 years of marketing experience brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the team.

You’re a tech-savvy E-Commerce and Shopify expert who uses your customer-centered thinking to design an experience that meets the customers’ needs.

Your analytical thinking skills complement the aesthetic design skills of other team members, allowing you to interpret data and introduce new ideas that will drive creativity and design.

You’re a self-starter whose ability to produce results, meet deadlines, and collaborate with others isn’t inhibited by a remote work environment.

Your entrepreneurial spirit and “roll up your sleeves” attitude empower you to work alongside a small team where everyone does a little bit of everything, working together to accomplish big goals.

Your organization, time management, follow-up, and project management skills benefit everyone on the team, from keeping team members aligned towards marketing goals to keeping a photoshoot on track towards a particular vision.

You’re constantly thinking about how to adapt to changing needs and priorities, managing our online store to reflect current marketing goals and available inventory.

Your goals and dreams in marketing drive you to build upon your role, seeking new opportunities to learn and grow.

You have a background or interest in jewelry and fashion and are able to channel that excitement into your marketing strategy.
