Our goal is to save lives and prevent emergencies through highly skilled response training that builds trust, demonstrates respect, and empowers learners to apply life-saving techniques to any individual in need, under any circumstances.n n Essential Responsibilitiesn Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different Divisions Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics Work with Division directors to create presentations, client-facing tools and templates, and other external informational resources for communities developing emergency management strategies and skills Ability to search for, locate, extract, organize, evaluate and use or present information that is relevant to a particular Division topic or subject matter Coordinate sales/marketing events, such as webinars and Lunch & Learns Manage email engagement and campaigns leading up to Joffe events Manage front end website Design and format Emergency Management content and copy for clarity and shareability Design and edit communications, internal and external n n Requirementsn n Minimum Qualifications n Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot Excellent visual design skills (portfolio preferred) n n Preferred Qualificationsn Master’s degree a plus Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy n n Benefitsn n Job Type Full Timen nBenefits Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Lifen nSalary $48,000-50,000
