The Miami Herbert Business School has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Marketing Coordinator to work in Coral Gables, FL.

The MBS Marketing Coordinator (temp) assists with the development and maintenance of all marketing and communication materials and projects designed to effectively promote the Graduate Business Programs and services.

The Marketing Coordinator works alongside the academic program staff, faculty, students, and/or internal stakeholders to execute marketing strategies and campaigns.

Core Job Functions Assists with the execution and deliverables, including, but not limited to email communications, broadcast and digital media buying, and production; collateral development; events; landing pages and forms; and video and graphic design.

Maintains familiarity with all departmental programs and services and assists with updating all communication resources accordingly.

Supports all digital, print and broadcast advertising and sponsored content efforts, such as Google AdWords display and search advertising, social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and retargeting efforts.

Assists in creating, launching and maintaining landing pages and web pages.

Assists with evaluating the effectiveness of marketing programs and projects implemented by the department.

This may include reporting on the success of all marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Coordinates and assists with special events and community outreach projects designed to increase awareness of the department, division and/or programs.

Maintains master calendar of events and coordinates all marketing events logistics (webinars, exhibits, and presentations), but not limited to, vendor and budget management, invitation development and deployment and scheduling.

Maintains and organizes promotional materials and the content and media libraries.

Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures.

Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

Department Specific Functions Power User in Marketing Cloud and Salesforce for MBS communications.

Assist with the creation, maintenance and updates of landing pages as well as campaign communication drips in Marketing Cloud.

Create/manage marketing campaigns in Salesforce; manages and provides UTM codes and other tags to marketing agency for tracking purposes Uploads lists into Salesforce correctly in a timely manner for various lists including but not limited to Initiated applications, test scores, fair lists and ad-hoc lists.

Manage the de-duplication/merging of records within Salesforce.

Stay abreast of trends and take accelerator courses as needed to meet MBS enrollment targets.

Acts as the point of contact for project-related questions and makes recommendations to resolve problems and issues.

Manage email marketing initiatives (automated and manual) and responsible for providing data performance (open-rate, click-rate, opt-out rate) Collaborate with Recruiters to create, maintain, and update automated emails Collaborate with Marketing Agencies to prepare ad-hoc emails.

Utilize html experience to accomplish many tasks.

Assist with the graphic design and creation for marketing campaigns and communications.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.

Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes: Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.

Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

Ability to understand and follow instructions.
