Marketing Coordinator – Remote

MARKETING COORDINATOR Key Responsibilities * Review first drafts from the team for website/landing pages, emails, and PPC creative to assure aligns to requirements/needs * Send notes to Pat and review his site drafts
– based on Eric/my direction * Email drip
– review first draft from writer * PPC
– I will kick off creative testing and the Coordinator to monitor performance and initial optimization * Review designer first round drafts to assure meets requirements * Refine business development pitch materials as requested * Assist in CEO and Marketing lead in ad hoc projects Requirements * 2-5 years of notable experience in Digital Marketing; B2B experience a plus * Strong knowledge of GoogleSuite as well as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, a plus * Strong ability to multitask * Excellent people management, communication, and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail * Person to be US based * Time: approximate 5-12 hours per week; flexible hours
