Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing functions for the company, working closely with the Marketing Manager, the sales management team, and the company s agency and retained contractors.

He/she will be a key participant in the process to develop and launch new products; assist in the development and execution of annual marketing plans; execute tactics like packaging changes and trade shows, and interface as part of a multifunctional team (product development, production, sales, etc.).
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager and Sales on project calendars, sales forecasts, rollout plans, sales collateral, and customer presentations.
Coordinate the creation, preparation, and distribution of sales materials and collateral, such as presentations, product information, point of sale materials, samples, and other items.
Serve as a member of the Product Development team and assist in the management packaging design process, timelines, and other requirements as assigned.
Act as a liaison with outside contractors and manage the review process through approvals, including packaging concept and design for new and existing products and production of images and/or photography.
Ensure product and brand updates are made on a website and other e-commerce sites as directed.
Coordinate and execute events, demos, and exhibitions at trade shows, including budgeting, planning, booth design, sales collateral, serving on-site at the events, and promotions.
Support marketing and sales team with business analysis and insights
– run relevant reports, gather key competitive intelligence, develop insights, and report findings to the team.
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor s degree preferred, and/or three to five years successful experience in marketing or sales support, with a strong understanding of marketing processes and concepts
Experience using Adobe and MS Office products, and excellent writing and presentation skills
Experience with WordPress or comparable website platforms and experience with WooCommerce a plus
Organized project manager able to successfully develop project plans, coordinate, communicate, and complete projects
Strong detail orientation, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, and a professional, positive demeanor with customers and co-workers, internal and external partners
Dependable and reliable
– Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan
Preference for the ability to speak & write fluent Spanish and English
