About the Role We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator who will help guide our mission to create influential stories through storyboarding and production.
We are looking for a candidate with strong interest in medical and educational technology.
This is a new position that will work very closely with the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.
This candidate should be organized with a proven record of writing and drafting content in this medium.
What You’ll Do
● Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
● Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
● Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
● Marketing content creation (marketing collateral, case study creation, video, webinar, brochures, flyers, general advertising copy, etc.)
● Website content development and front-end management
● Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
● Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
● Use online market research and catalog findings to database, update database entries with new information
● Remain fully informed on market trends and perform research for the creation of new marketing material
● Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
● Assist Sales and Marketing team with additional activities and projects as needed Skills and Abilities Required
● Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
● Solid understanding of metrics and analytics for reporting purposes
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Strong analytical and critical thinking Qualities We Look For
● Understanding of how to make shareable content for a variety of media and platforms
● Proven ability to identify stories/creative that will connect with the audience
● Work in a team environment, with stakeholders from a wide variety of departments, including corporate communications, marketing, design, and social media Minimum Education and Experience Required
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
