Supports Licensing departments in all aspects of product line development and License maintenance for Hershey and Kellogg’s products.
Specific Responsibilities/Duties: Leads approval process for product line concept art/graphics, prototypes, samples and packaging for entertainment and brand licenses.
Manage and communicate all product line needs/requirements to all team members (Design, PD, Packaging, Purchasing, Quoting and Sales).
Assist in sales presentation preparation for major customers (i.e.
gathering samples, photographs and other marketing material Including updated sell sheets and brand presentations folder on shared drive for access by sales team Leads all updates and sales information for the Seasonal Product Portfolios.
Creates and maintain season and brand files with various marketing information (i.e.
history, competitive info, licensor approvals, etc).
Manages maintenance of the packaging graphics needs for approval from Licensor Communicate all necessary initial entry/change requirements/updates when needed in the licensor tracking system.
Prepare product Plan and Unique items sheets for Product line review Proof item kit cost sheets, sales models and photos for accuracy.
Track and update the Weekly Licensing status sheet.
Help develop presentation material and supply product collateral requirements.
Tracks sell-in and sell-thru information.
Upon execution of license contracts, create summary of contract terms using template form and update Master Contract schedule.
Distribute to management team and accounting.
Keep Contract folder up-to-date on shared drive.
Input forecast information into Licensor required spreadsheets on a quarterly basis Support marketing no special projects as needed and agreed to by direct manager Participates in weekly team meetings.
Educational/Experience Requirement: 4-year college degree in Marketing or Business is preferred, Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Word , Excel and PowerPoint.
1-2 years experience working in Marketing/Branding/Product or related role Experience in food/beverage industry a plus Ability to work independently while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work through others to obtain and gather information.
Proven success in fast-paced environments or situations requiring adaptability and flexibility.
Attention to detail is required.
