Marketing Coordinator

Your Role Gensler Los Angeles is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, and highly collaborative.

Marketing Coordinators are key producers of materials that support Gensler’s direct business development efforts to win new projects.

Working with our Marketing Specialists and Marketing Managers, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and developing responses to request for qualifications, proposals, and client presentations.

The position requires an action-oriented team player with excellent communication, writing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do * Work with principals, senior staff, and marketing team to produce qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with Gensler brand standards * Maintain and update local marketing materials including case studies, team resumes, project details, and photography library * Successful experience managing multiple and concurrent project deadlines * Understand and learn Gensler’s portfolio of work, practice area expertise, and firmwide capabilities * Coordinate business development activities, including target clients and incoming leads, follow-ups, and tracking opportunity status in Salesforce * Assist with research, awards submissions, public relations efforts, website updates, and event coordination * Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and other administrative responsibilities as assigned Your Qualifications * Minimum 2
– 5 years of professional experience, experience in the A/E/C industry preferred but not required * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications * Highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, as this is the primary program we work in * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines * Ability to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environment * Proactive and resourceful self-starter * Team player who is reliable, flexible, and collaborative * Positive attitude and willingness to learn To apply, please upload your resume and work / project samples (PDF format, 4MB max).
