The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Business Development and Design and will collaborate with the Marketing Assistant to lead the marketing efforts of the company.
The Marketing Coordinatorr is a key team member whose creative ideas and leadership skills contribute to the company’s reputation, culture, and brand recognition.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum 5 years in marketing, preferably within the AEC industry Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or similar education or experience considered Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, knowledge of Premier Pro and Dreamweaver a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Smartsheet, Procore and WordPress a plus Possess a strong drive to succeed Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Are flexible, organized and able to multi-task Are able to move seamlessly from long-term, strategic projects to urgent tactical implementation when needed Key Responsibilities Marketing plan Work with VP Business Development to create and execute the company marketing plan Requests for Proposals/Requests for Qualifications Manage the RFP/RFQ process from beginning to end Understand and communicate the requirements to VP Business Development and proposed team Write, edit, proofread, format, print, and bind Oversight of team collaboration with appropriate resources Ensure that all submissions are timely, brand-consistent, and accurate Brand awareness and marketing campaigns Research and execute opportunities for brand awareness through awards, conferences, sponsorships, regional industry associations, media placements, speaking engagements, direct or electronic mail, activities, and advertising Printed and digital marketing material Create/update all brochures, statement of qualifications, project sheets, banners, flyers, advertisements, project photography, press releases, jobsite trailers, jobsite signage Supporting client meetings and preconstruction Coordinate and prepare all presentations and materials specific to the client and project Produce qualification packages, project sheets, project boards, bid package support, team resumes Interview preparation Lead the project interview preparation and team coordination Create presentations, videos, and leave-behind marketing materials Website and social media Work with Marketing Assistant to maintain website using WordPress Post news items, add projects, update software Coordinate social media content and release dates with VP Business Development and Marketing Databases Update and maintain project data, employee resumes, project and employee photography, proposal text libraries Internal and external events Assisting with the organization and logistics of internal company and external industry events, including event participation Branding Adherence and reinforcement of brand consistency Company apparel and swag Oversee purchasing and branding of company shirts, safety vests, hats, hard hats, backpack This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the position.
