nnJob Description nnThe Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating, executing and managing content projects across website properties and other digital and non-digital channels to further Advances marketing efforts.nnThis position is part of a Hybrid work arrangement based in Raleigh, NC.nnESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES nninclude the following (Other duties may be assigned):nn
– Contribute to overall Marketing team goal of identifying and creating campaigns that will drive the quality of content shared in all channels to align with promotions, drive sales, and lift brand affinity.nnn
– Create, edit and publish editorial content and website content.n
– Optimize content to drive traffic organically to the website, resulting in higher sales.n
– Work with social media and copy team on technical proofing and creation of engaging posts that speak to our audience.n
– Prepare briefs, partner with creative team in creation of assets for content channels as needed.nnn
– Partner with vendors in acquisition and publication of videos to various video outlets including owned platforms, YouTube and other outlets.n
– Contribute to customer engagement goals through content curation efforts, locating, documenting and tagging content appropriate to our needs.nnn
– Work with peers to constantly improve existing processes and share knowledge.n

– B.A or B.S.
degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field and 3-5 years’ experience with marketing and content related programs;nor equivalent combination of education and experience.n
– Experience with content management systems, social media, graphics and SEO proficiency preferred.nnn
