Responsibilities:
– This role will be part of a core team responsible for marketing, identifying growth opportunities and clusters within the market and developing highly resonating campaigns to our target audiences, acquiring new users across an array of tactics and channels.
– You will support the marketing team to deliver high impact, (both paid, partner, and organic) in collaboration with a variety of local and global teams to drive ongoing adoption and awareness for TikTok.
– Help execute and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
– Help marketing with coordinating with cross-functional teams across social, product, creator, music, content, & user growth to scale marketing programs.
– Produce campaign retrospectives working closely with the analytics and insights teams to uncover insights to inform future initiatives and help demonstrate the return on investment.
– Help manage the local budget process with the local Marketing team to ensure marketing activities executed are consistently ROI optimized and tracked effectively.Qualifications
– 2+ years in consumer marketing with experience executing & supporting consumer-facing marketing campaigns.
– You have experience in marketing roles ideally within the consumer-facing brands (ideally with some experience in content-driven brands) in the US.
– You have some knowledge of the digital advertising industry.
– You are passionate and knowledgeable about content & communities, ideally including video.
– Some experience in key aspects of ATL media planning, creative development, social media, content marketing, analytics, performance marketing, partnerships, and experiential.
– Some understanding of the full funnel of consumer marketing including Owned, Earned, and Paid strategy and execution.
– You are proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Google products; plus Adobe Design Suite/Photoshop, the TikTok Platform & any content creation/editing skills are highly valued as extra skills.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
