Anyone with an entry level to intermediate experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Business Communications, SEO management are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills, salesmanship mentality, a passion for creative content creation, and a strong attention to detail are essential to succeed in this position.
The intern can work on a pre-agreed flexible basis.
This position will be part-time with the possibility to grow into full-time.
What You Will Do Marketing assistants support the corporate retail team by creating and editing content for websites, social media pages, marketing materials, analyzing trends across all platforms and more with a heavy focus on content creation and email/seo management.
Interns will develop a substantial portfolio of creative content, published creative samples, refine their marketing skills for different audiences in a business environment, and gain valuable agency experience.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Draft and edit marketing content and websites.
Identify & execute on real-time trends & translate to marketing opportunities.
Research articles and information related to the subject matter to include in web articles.
Work with the retail team to identify and understand high-level messaging and strategy.
Monitor trends in client’s industries & develop marketing strategies to assist in lead generation for the organization.
Complete assignments on time and work within tight deadlines.
Send supervisor(s) progress updates throughout each week.
Spend a minimum of 5 hours per week in the office.
Drafts sent for review should have very few or no spelling and grammar errors.
Respond to feedback in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve marketing, social engagement and sales goals.
What You Need: Excellent writer with knowledge of proper spelling and grammar.
