Role Summary:

We are searching for a dynamic and motivated Marketing intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is a digital native, enthusiastic about the ever-evolving landscape of social media, and eager to make an immediate impact. As part of our team, you will craft innovative influencer campaigns, engage in market research, and play a crucial role in developing business relationships with vendors that shape our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals. Be able to identify suitable influencers aligned with brand values and target audience demographics. Maintain strong enduring partnerships with influencers, ensuring the timely delivery of campaign objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with potential vendors, seeking opportunities for mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships to support marketing initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams, such as paid advertising, creative, and other relevant departments to develop integrated and cohesive campaigns. Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities. Utilize gathered insights to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead in the market. Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports. Derive actionable insights to optimize current strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or coursework related to digital marketing or influencer marketing campaigns is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
  • Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box
  • Passion for influencer marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and platforms
  • Spanish fluency a plus
