This is not a job with ForceBrands. This is a confidential role with a high-growth beverage brand working directly with the general manager and the founders.

We are looking for an energetic, resourceful, roll-your-sleeves up Marketing Manager with a minimum of five years of start-up CPG experience (ready-to-drink beverage or snacks-category experience preferred).

This Marketing Manager will be a true CATCH ALL for our marketing function with a focus on

  • Sales Support
  • In-Store Marketing
  • Field Marketing
  • Social Media

-The development, implementation, and measurement of In-store Marketing and Sampling efforts including, but not limited to, in-store demos, digital couponing, trade marketing and trade advertising.

– The development of Field Marketing efforts including, but not limited to, sourcing and securing brand ambassadors, building out weekly and monthly sampling and event calendars, sourcing field assets for guerilla sampling and events, spot-checking brand ambassadors, ordering, and maintaining inventory of samples at local sales and marketing warehouse, tracking budget and measuring program impact on sales.

-Generating Consumer Insights to inform the Consumer Segmentation and Communication strategy including

– Implementing social listening to gauge brand and product perception, usage, competitive activity, trending content, etc.

– Leveraging native social media tools and panel data to better understand target consumer, affinities, and behaviors.

– Leveraging in-store and field activities to obtain feedback for brand and product optimization. • Designing and implementing an organic and paid social media strategy in line with business growth goals including:

– Developing creative and savvy strategies to maximizing ROI of social media algorithms.

– Growing and managing EUB brand followers with high-touch engagement across all community management and social media activities.

– Publishing and sharing engaging content across platforms frequently (for example, original text, photos, videos, and news).

– Supporting customer service inquiries and campaign commentary.

Ideal candidates will ahve

• 4-year college degree or higher.

• 5+ years of Consumer Goods Marketing experience (Ready-to-Drink Beverage or Snacks experience preferred).

• 3+ years of Field Marketing and In-Store sampling program management experience.

• 3+years of Social Media Management and Measurement experience.

• 3+ years of Paid Social Media Marketing experience.

• Outstanding customer-service skills.

• Critical thinker with an ability to analyze data to deliver relevant information and enable solution-oriented decision-making to stakeholders.

• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.

• Current and valid driver’s license.
