Head of Growth Marketing

We ‘re searching for a seasoned and innovative Head of Growth to drive awareness, user acquisition & retention! It ‘s crucial you can set strategic goals and guide their tactical execution. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll build growth strategy, plans and lead all aspects of omnichannel campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Refine and expand our growth marketing strategy
  • Assess, improve and expand current acquisition channels and launch new channels such as affiliate, influencer, email and podcast channels
  • Research, test, and recommend new innovative channels through experimentation and quickly identify channel effectiveness
  • Own omnichannel marketing activity across the customer journey (ex. conversion, retention, optimization, attribution) for digital and offline channels
  • Develop budget, set campaign strategies, and define key performance objectives for our agency partners and in-house teams (ex. increasing ROAS, AOV, and LTV; decreasing CAC and CPA)
  • Test protocols to determine optimum offers, pack configurations, and pricing in order to drive retail and DTC sales
  • Drive recurring revenue via DTC subscriptions
  • Strategically drive a data-driven approach towards growth marketing by building reporting processes, metrics, KPIs, etc
  • Monitor and report on competitors and relevant industry trends, events, and opportunities
  • Mentor and inspire other members of the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor ‘s degree or master ‘s degree in marketing or business administration
  • 8 + years of work experience in growth marketing at a consumer-facing company
  • Experience with digital marketing, particular around paid social, affiliate, and email marketing
  • Possess a growth mindset and excited to test new strategies and innovative approaches
  • Strong project management skills, driving initiatives from conception to implementation
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams
  • A collaborative mindset; works well in a small team environment
