Job Description Gemist is seeking a creative and energetic full-time paid social advertising leader with a passion for jewelry and digital marketing.
You will execute campaign builds and optimizations within the ad platforms, manage budgets, and work on account analysis and reporting to contribute to company growth.
You will lead and drive our advertising strategy as it directly contributes to growth, eventually building the team you need to keep growing.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior staff and our creative team to formulate strategic action plans for each campaign and channel.

Required Skills * Ability to craft strategy based on company goals and troubleshoot dips in performance to make recommended pivots.* Experience in strategy, planning, and production for social media advertising.* Capability and/or experience with marketing jewelry or luxury products.* Ability to methodically grow advertising plan and budget with revenue.* Comfortable working in a startup environment with the associated risks and rewards.
Responsibilities * Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on data driven conclusions.* Help determine benchmarking and implement optimizations to meet revenue goals in the quickest time possible through owned channels.* Improve upon paid social media processes and innovation of new strategies and techniques.* Manage and execute on campaigns across multiple verticals (e-commerce, D2C lead gen).* Own strategy and execution for each of your channels in an effort to hit or surpass revenue goals.* Communicate effectively with the team and founders, staying accountable, highlighting wins and losses.* Manage social media advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary.* Manage all client budgets and advise on budget changes, both between campaigns within a paid account and across channels based on overall return.
