The ideal candidate will be extremely knowledgeable and have hands-on experience buying on paid social and search platforms and creating/executing testing plans, and reporting/acting on results.nn nn nn nn PAID SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: nn Work with the Growth Marketing Lead to evaluate, analyze, and execute strategies for paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to continue to drive new customer growth while optimizing to our target CPA goals.
Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition. Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
Work cross-functionally with members of the marketing and creative team to ensure best practice is being applied to content developed specifically for social.
Drive creative strategy for season launch and seasonal promotions across paid social channels.
Create test plans to improve content, copy, creative, landing page and user experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and apply them as appropriate.
nn nn nn PAID SEARCH (SEM) RESPONSIBILITIES: nn As our hands-on search expert, you will manage, optimize and scale the paid search marketing channel, specifically brand and non-brand keywords Lead day-to-day management and optimization of paid search (PPC) programs to exceed customer acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend including: Strategy and campaign planning Campaign tactics and segmentation strategy Algorithmic bid platform and manual bidding strategy and optimization Strategic partner management (Google, Bing) Test ideation, planning, and management Custom analysis, reporting and insights Oversee channel performance and be accountable for traffic efficiency and quality by reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly results against forecasted targets Work closely with the broader team to devise and implement full-funnel user acquisition strategies, optimize bidding strategy, and drive landing pages and ad copy to improve channel performance Conduct AB testing across ads and landing pages Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and apply them as appropriate nn nn nn DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE nn Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Development, Economics or related analytics fields) 2-5 years managing results-oriented customer acquisition campaigns across various media channels, specifically paid social and search engine marketing. Expert knowledge in paid social media advertising, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
Must have hands-on experience setting up paid social campaigns in Business Manager Expert knowledge in paid search marketing, specifically with Google Adwords and Bing and must have hands-on experience with those platforms. Proven ability managing and efficiently optimizing large monthly budgets Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Willingness and desire to roll up your sleeves and execute on paid marketing campaigns from start to finish Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of Google Analytics and MS Office including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Beauty or fashion experience a plus Subscription experience a plus nn n nn
