We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic team player with great marketing, graphic design and people skills.Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Prepare large marketing packages, proposals, maps and other marketing collateral following corporate branding guidelinesPost to social media sites, create and send press releases, stay abreast of Marcus & Millichap sales aids and research materials and provide creative expertise to various marketing collateralLearn and perform brokerage processes to back up and support the Operations Manager, agents and brokerage staff teamTechnical Skills:Proficient use of Adobe InDesign (Illustrator and Photoshop a plus), Microsoft Word, Excel and Power PointProven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
