Digital Marketing Specialist

Coldwell Banker is a vibrant establishment looking for bright minds to join up with us. We are seeking a data-driven digital marketing manager with proven experience in DTC, E-commerce, content creation, and campaign management. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the digital customer journey from awareness to conversion. You will lead development and execution of consumer marketing satrapies and campaigns to build consumer loyalty and drive engagement and conversion across all digital channels – both owned and third party (web, e-mail, social, DTC, e-comm, programmatic). You will be the team expert for all things digital marketing strategy, brand strategy in the digital realm, digital best practices, media, new digital/e-comm opportunities, etc. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and collaborative. Digital Marketing Essential Responsibilities -Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase basket size, purchase frequency Content Creation & Development -Develop and execute strategic omni-channel digital marketing plans in support of overall business objectives and goals -Ensure regulatory compliance of all digital assets and deliverables Platform / Channel Maintenance and Optimization -Develop and implement social media plans for our main channels across all platforms with an end of goal of growing audiences and promoting the brand DTC and E-Commerce -Drive traffic and conversion on DTC and e-comm platforms via promotional advertising, SEO, direct marketing, paid media, social, and affiliate marketing -Coordinate, create, and curate and manage all digital content and asset needs across all digital channels -Develop concise and thoughtful creative briefs to provide clear direction and strategy intent to creative and strategic partners -Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation -Efficiently publish content in key channels: deploying CRM (email SMS), updating website pages, posting on 3rd party sites -Define, measure, and optimize email and messaging retargeting campaigns to drive repeat customers -Collect metrics across an array of analytics tools and synthesizes this information to develop reports and track KPI’s -Ownership of key digital channels: CRM (email SMS), Website, 3rd party sites (Google, Weedmaps, Proper, Jane, etc.), including being the in-house owner of these technology platforms and managing related vendors -Audit, analyze, and improve overall third-party listing strategy on Weedmaps, Leafly, Google My Business, and Yelp, identifying key opportunities for growth and maximized ROI Reporting & Analytics -Define campaign and website KPIs and build reporting trackers/dashboards to measure and evaluate performance; monitor overall site performance -Leverage data and analytics to uncover insights, using them to make smart decisions that optimize our web properties, customer experience, and marketing plans broadly Qualifications -Must be 21+ -4+ years progressive experience working in digital marketing and strategy – including web, e-comm, CRM, and social media (preferably within cannabis or CPG space) -Solid knowledge of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics -Experience in email marketing including newsletters, email targeting, social media, SEO -Excellent copywriting and communication skills -Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward -Experience in paid media strategy and planning – particularly programmatic
