Xirena is a women’s contemporary fashion brand designed and made in LA. We are looking for a Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing Coordinator who is a true creative, excited about the fashion industry, bringing an artistic eye with extreme attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will create marketing material, using the brand voice throughout all communication channels.
Essential responsibilities for this role consist of:
• Creation of email campaigns in Klaviyo, including setting up of creative, segmentation, and deployment
• Work closely with the Art team to develop, collect and distribute shared creative digital assets for all digital marketing channels
• Analyze email performance and provide ongoing feedback to Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising teams on what is working and what is not
• Audit and pitch new ideas on how to help improve email marketing messaging, campaigns, and the website
• Report out on KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly from Kalviyo, Returnly, Google, etc.
• Has a strong sense of urgency, can prioritize requests, and can make informed decisions under pressure
• Familiar with refreshing website banners, homepage, contact us, about us, etc.
• Continually audit and improve site systems and processes
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail
• Quality assurance of all imagery postings online (flats, on-model, look book) with attention to detail and an eye for optimized execution of all campaigns
• Review competitor emails campaigns and audit for opportunities
• In charge of the cropping, potential retouching, renaming, and making sure all imagery is saved in the proper format
• Manages shooting and retouching missing flats
• Has an understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM Laws, and Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
• Assist in mood board creation
• Mockup for future ecomm development
• Minor retouching and editing for social media and ecomm usage
• Summary of photoshoots online sheets for better tracking
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Team player with strong intrapersonal skills to foster relationships with multiple cross-functional teams
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
• 4-5 years of experience in an analytical marketing role and experience working within an ESP
• HTML knowledge preferred
• 1-2 years of content management
• DTC experience in the online retail/fashion industry preferred
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Shopify
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Klaviyo
• CRM experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work on-site
