Coordinator, Social Media Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is looking to establish a career in Social Media. As a key contributor to the Social Media team, the Coordinator serves a critical role as a primary point-person for all company social media programs, and provides best-in-class support to bring those programs to life. The Coordinator works across all aspects of social media, including but not limited to scheduling, asset management, campaign assistance and production assistance.Responsibilities:- Work with the social title marketing team as a creative voice on campaigns- Scheduling and uploading social posts and assets to content and asset management systems- Creating work orders for all video and design requests- Preparing and organizing weekly assets for social media managers to use for social calendars- Manage talent assets and talent integration- Coordinate with Affiliate Sales & Marketing to schedule any video content needed for specific affiliate campaigns- Be responsible for auditing and maintenance of content on various platforms post-launch- Update department documentation (rollout documents, presentations, campaign plans) as needed- Assist the social title team with additional tasks as necessary as well as serve as back-up for other department coordinators when neededBasic Qualifications:- 1+ year professional experience in marketing, social media, or other relevant business area, preferably in entertainment- Knowledgeable about current streaming/television/media trends- Active social media presence across platforms- Creative, proactive and independent thinking- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines- Strong creative writing skills- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written form- Ability to build and manage relationships- Extreme attention to detail- Ability to learn new systems quickly- Proficiency with Microsoft outlook, word, excel, and keynote- Knowledge of social media landscape- Knowledge of children’s programming- Experience with social media content management systemsRequired Education:- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experiencePDN-95f273ea-91e9-4e7f-8daa-5839242b11c3
