Our client, a provider of vehicle protection programs and services to the automotive, RV, powersports and marine markets, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the company’s online initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, trendy and a self-starter with excellent writing skills and an attention to detail.

Excellent communicators with a deep understanding of social media and the digital space will have preference.This position is onsite and based in the heart of Las Colinas in Irving, Texas.RESPONSIBILITIES Develop original marketing content with input from key stakeholders for use across all marketing deliverables, including, but not limited to, collateral, web properties, ads, campaigns, presentations, promotional and training videos, and corporate communications Become an expert in company’s product and service offerings, identifying opportunities to reach target audiences through social media Serve as public relations representative for the Company’s brands Build and execute social media strategy and develop and maintain calendars for publishing content Manage Company’s social media reputation, monitoring user-generated content for each platform and ensuring delivery of an appropriate corporate response or interaction Develop and conduct surveys to measure customer satisfaction and general positive reviews Conduct ongoing reviews of data/metrics, insights and best practices for all of the Company’s social platformsQUALIFICATIONS 5
– 7 years of experience in marketing, public relations, social media, copyrighting, advertising or relate fields with a BS/BA in strategic communications, marketing, business, English, new media or public relations Proven expertise in corporate use of social media for B2B and B2C Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in video and/or photo editing is a plus Thorough understanding and experience with social media platforms and review, with demonstrable experience in social analytical tools knowledge Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Detail and customer orientation with strong organizational abilities Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts Experience with Constant Contact, MailChimp or similar email campaign management programs Functional skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, with basic understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Acrobat Experience or familiarity with web forms creation (e.g., Formstack, Ninja Forms, etc) Familiarity with Hootsuite or similar social media platform management tool Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS-based website platforms PDN-97a2ee73-b5ee-4838-af8b-129910013a0a by Jobble
