nn nn We are looking for a Consumer Product Marketing Lead to support a ground-breaking new venture at Ericsson.

This role will report to the new venture’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Our team was created to innovate, adapt, and craft the future for Ericsson.

We’re in the process of coming out of stealth mode and need to expand the team to launch us in market and scale across the globe.

That’s where you come in!

nn nn The Product Marketing Lead will develop launch plans, equip the sales force, and be the champion for product innovations.

The successful candidate will also be charged with scaling the business in new geographies by developing engaging product marketing programs that reach the target audiences and drive sales.

nn n In this role you will: n Develop product marketing strategies and executions (including positioning, value prop, messaging, materials, promotions, etc.), driving engagement & sales.

Work with the product development team to translate market opportunities into product innovations, and product innovations into market opportunities.

Lead the marketing & sales teams as it relates to generating robust momentum ahead of new product launches in various geographies.

Create training programs for the sales team and partner/retail sales forces.

Track and analyze results, trends, and insight related to the market, partners, competition, and consumers.

n To be successful in the role, you must have: n Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s degree preferred) 5+ years’ product marketing experience Demonstrated experience creating effective marketing programs, including having launched a new product in market across multiple countries.

Experience with B2C and B2B2C and B2B, and working within both large companies and entrepreneurial startups Good communication skills, analysis, knowledge of the 4 P’s, and cross-functional collaboration.
