Work with Digital Marketing Associate and provide support to the Director of Marketing and Marketing team.
Be available for event administration of both live and virtual events.
Provide virtual event promotion.
Manage brand templates, track event participation stats, execute promotions on email and social channels.
Set up events and recordings for exposure on company website.
Keep track event progress and communicate updates with Digital Project Manager.
Provide backup for Zoom event production, digital marketing and, events associate.
Assist with the shipping of materials, booths, and banners for events.
Work as editorial coordinator for company newsletter.
Act as backup to social media consultants for creating, editing, and posting across all social channels.
Proofread/ edit email and other communications.
What You Need for this Position Bachelors degree in communications or a related field preferred; 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted marketing environment What’s In It for You 45k
