You are:
An experienced and organized team player who possesses great judgment and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to consistently keep all parties involved up to date and possess professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Tech-savvy with a demonstratable ability to use Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Additional consideration will be given to candidates who are familiar with recruiting software: LinkedIn, JobAdder, Interseller, PowerAdder, etc.
A genuine people-person, capable of interfacing with both clients and coworkers with professionalism, poise and diplomacy.

You’re great at:
Multi-tasking with exemplary attention to detail
Consistent communication regarding deliverables
Data entry, information management, and outreach
Keeping up-to-date with changes in the market
Client facing or B2B sales
Lead generation (no closing necessary)
Responsibilities
Follow workflow SOPs and processes for marketing and business development
Create and update data reports and presentations
Work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate outreach (email campaigns, NO COLD CALLING)
Proactively generate leads and new business opportunities in the market
Requirements and expectations
1+ years of experience in sales / client facing
2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity or office environment
Experience at a startup/small company a plus
Proficient at MS Suite
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant field preferred
