Business Development Account Executive (advertising agency)

Highly creative and awarded advertising agency in Southern California is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

This agency believes in the need to be always moving, learning and creating
– pushing the boundaries of what’s possible!

As New Business Manager you will working with the Chief Marketing Officer working with internal agency teams in bringing the RFI, RFP and pitch presentations to the next level.

This includes, but is not limited to managing end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations, managing logistics of appointments and pitch calendars, as well as responsibility for maintaining RFI response and case study library including working with agency teams in writing new case studies.
**This is not a fulltime remote position and will require time in office.**
Skills And Qualifications Desired

3+years experience in an advertising agency environment
– Business development or Account Management
Good creative writing skills and attention to detail in creating business development proposals and marketing materials.
Passion and talent for developing new relationships with prospective clients.
The ability to be manage a lot of moving pieces and rally agency teams towards solutions that will win business.
