They will be responsible for supporting brand awareness, digital acquisition, customer engagement, and customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate strong project management skills and creative ideation capabilities to yield the highest impact and performance.nn nn n nn nn Key Responsibilities nn nn nn Ecommerce foundation & technology: Assist in driving key user behaviors and developing amazing customer experiences.
This includes supporting: ecommerce/website platform management, web design/development, product/content merchandising, testing, mobile/desktop UX, analytics, and integrations.
Email, Loyalty & CRM: Build retention and brand passion with our customer base.
Support the implementation of CRM activity/database management, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
Grow customer loyalty through access, exclusive offers, and personalization.
Paid Media: Support the implementation and optimization of a full-funnel paid digital advertising strategy, including but not limited to search, social, display, video, and affiliate strategies.
CRO: Support conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Includes persona development, User Journeys, UX, Ethnography, A/B testing, and personalization.
Search Engine Optimization SEO: Support the implementation of an SEO (onsite and off-site) strategy; driving organic search traffic to the website.
Tracking/Analytics: Assist on maintenance and strategic tracking, tagging, and attribution model for all online digital activities.
Includes paid media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, promotions, product launches, and off-line-to-online activities.
Reporting: Regular reporting, analysis, and share outs of all web and ecommerce activity centered around important KPIs such as (CVR, CPA, AOV, LTV, Reviews, User Experience, Site Speed, Competitor benchmarking, consumer personas, and digital touchpoints).
Campaign & Promotional Planning: Plan and communicate campaign and promotional initiatives, internally and externally.
Create and track coupons and offers.
Own and update the integrated marketing calendar and align with key stakeholders and necessary team members.
Project Management: Assist in overseeing both internal and external resources.
Generate scopes-of-work for necessary initiatives and follow through with task management, resource planning, and execution.

Experience with supporting digital marketing channels
– email, paid social, affiliates, display, SEO/SEM.
Ability to efficiently and effectively prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
Minimum 3 years in digital commerce and marketing, ideally within the automotive industry.
Familiarity with driving traffic to digital commerce channels.
Ability to report insights and project progress/risks in a clear and concise format.
