Affiliate Marketing Specialist

An instrumental part of GOAT Group, the Marketing team oversees a wide range of activities, which aim to build awareness, consideration and loyalty for our brands.

As a member of this team, you will work cross-functionally to support the execution of thoughtful, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive meaningful growth for the company.

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow GOAT Group’s user base through our affiliate and partnership programs.

As a member of the Growth team, the ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, process-driven and have an interest in growth through affiliate and growth partnerships.

Within the GOAT Group brands, you will be responsible for affiliate marketing for our three brands: GOAT, Flight Club and alias.

Your core strategies and execution will be through our affiliate marketing platform, Impact.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Performance Marketing, you will be collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to help drive the value of our growth partners.

True to the nature of growth, you will be expected to continually strategize and test new ideas and concepts.

To succeed in this role you will need strong communication and project management skills.

Here’s what you will do:

  • Manage the recruitment, communications and operations of our affiliate marketing program via our platform, Impact.
  • Work closely with the Associate Director of Performance Marketing to manage the performance marketing budget, set forecasts and expectations for sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team and Roadmap to achieve our growth goals and KPIs
  • Manage new and existing growth partnerships, such as Complex, to develop opportunities
  • Support our SEO team by finding new strategic SEO partnerships for our US and international efforts
  • Partner with our PR / Comms team to sign on new partners and synchronize on our greater marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Growth Analytics to analyze the performance of our partners and identify growth and optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to our Customer Journeys mapping by understanding the paths of our partners and its incremental value
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for the performance of our partnership programs and strategic insights

Here’s what you should have:

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in relevant fields (influencers/affiliates/partnerships, growth/performance/digital marketing, digital media buying)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management experience; agile marketing is a plus
  • Strong excel and analytical skills
    – must be able to interpret raw data into meaningful insights and KPIs
  • Ecommerce and/or marketplace experience is a plus
