Job DescriptionLSW/CSW for adult medical day care center in Hudson County.
Responsibilities include: counseling, assessments, care planning, admissions, marketing and assisting clients to obtain benefits.
Experience with SSI, Medicaid, Food Stamps and Senior Housing preferred.
Applicant MUST be licensed to practice social work in the State of New Jersey.
New social workers are welcome to apply, however you must be in physical possession of your social work license.
A license in pending status does not meet the requirements for the position .
Fluency in English, reliable transportation and good documentation skills are also required.
