Responsibilities
Revolution Company is hiring experienced operators, maintenance, and team leads for various production roles at its Vernon, CA facility. Both day and evening shifts are available. Here is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a challenging opportunity with a growing company.
- Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all safe operating procedures and posted requirements.
- Sustain productivity and quality standards.
- Handle products according to customer specifications and the company’s production standards.
- Ability to make quality checks on time.
- Make and handle the product.
- Troubleshoot machine issues.
- Be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders.
- Help to coordinate training.
- Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
- Must understand the basic knowledge of extrusion.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with extrusion in blowing film preferred.
- Knowledge of quality systems.
- Must be able to read and understand instructions well.
- Flexible and adaptable to work on different machines.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Willing to work in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
