– Maintains Total Process Ownership (TPO) to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment; TPO focuses on achieving high levels of overall process effectiveness
– Applies understanding of team in development fundamentals; actively participates in a team environment through division / plant team orientation, and safety and quality training
– May serve as a team coordinator to provide guidance and training in production, administration, maintenance, and quality
– Performs basic product handling to convert raw material into finished goods such as moving, weighing, packaging, stacking, or operating a metal detector
– Completes / applies safety
– and environmental-related training
– Applies basic knowledge of / completes Manufacturing System (QMS) documentation
– Maintains Mfg processes and equipment in optimum condition
– Assists with preparing / loading production materials
– Checks for accuracy of product
– Depending on the plant, machine operation may include basic operation of scales, metal detector (Meat Plant), headspace analyzer, gas flushing equipment, top side icer for cake decoration, varying washing machines, bun stacker, product conveyors, printers, copiers, and other basic printing equipmentShipping:
– Packs finished goods into a shipping unit
– Palletizes shipping units in an interlocking manner, using correct tie height
– Ensures all pallets are strapped / stretch-wrapped to minimize product shifting or damageWhat is your background?

– 45 degrees F in a cold wet environment; occasional -20 or 85 degrees F in certain areas Milk: Routinely 60
