Title: Production Coordinator – Fashion Industry
Logistic
- Monitor garment delivery & ship mode to update system & internal team
- Maintain shipping monitor for each season each style
- Send out shipping alert with necessary documents to internal team
- Send out preapproved HTS code/duty chart per season to factory after getting pre-approval from Director of Production.
- Send out UPC info to garment factory
- Send out Hanger info to garment factory
Planning
- Issue garment PO to garment factory for US order and Drop ship
- Update cost info in full circle
- Update confirmed del in full circle
- Maintain PO changes (size break x order quantity as change requested by sales)
- Cross check invoice’s price and units against our record and get approval from Director of Production.
Production
- Set up seasonal PDR and maintain updates daily
- Send out approved fabric cutting and fabric standard cutting as needed
- Monitor to update PDR garment delivery & inform slide or early ship to internal team
- Approve SGS garment test report and garment care label layout
- Work with merchandiser for reorder & late add request
- Track liability status monthly/per season
- Maintain bulk book & cost sheet binder
- Issue fabric PO to send out to mills and factories
- Send out care label wording per style to factories prior to SGS test
- and Process Requirements:
- MsOffice Excel for analysis (pivot tables, subtotals, functions, etc.)
- ERP knowledge (Full Circle a plus)
- Knowledge and understanding of product development and production calendar to monitor key deliverables and adherence to time lines
Must be vaccinated and boosted!
