Manufacturing Sales Representative – Pet Line

Our Target Product Lines:

C&C International Group Pet line products include collars, leashes, and harnesses of different colors, styles, and sizes for dogs and cats.

Toys: cotton, rubber, TPR for dogs & cats.

Accessories: apparel, bowls, beds, pads, first aid kits

Target Markets:

Direct/Indirect OEM to Tractor Supply Company, Petco, PetSmart, Chewy, other independent stores, etc.

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Pet Line Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative range of pet products within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have a passion for pets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, particularly within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess market trends in the manufacturing sector related to pet products.
  2. Sales Strategies: Develop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the manufacturing pet line.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing companies, pet product retailers, and distributors.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and benefits of our pet product line to effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement. Close sales deals promptly.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on market demands and contribute to the enhancement of existing products or the development of new ones.
  7. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in pet line sales, with a focus on the manufacturing sector.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  3. Knowledge of pet industry trends and manufacturing processes is a plus.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated; willingness to travel as needed.
  6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing or pet industry.
