The US Industry Marketing team is looking for an experienced product marketer to lead the development and execution of an integrated Go To Market for Microsoft’s Cloud for Manufacturing.Grounded in the Common Data Model that underlies the industry cloud, this role requires strong cross-group collaboration skills as well as a technical perspective on how capabilities come together from across different product groups. We are looking for a great storyteller who understands the power of customer driven outcomes, driven by data and the importance of flexible analytics. We are looking for someone who can develop local engagement plans to drive pipeline and growth in the US market. In addition, the role will cover our partner ecosystem.This position has strong dotted-line management responsibilities across the US subsidiary and will require tight collaboration with the US CDO LT, Industry Leaders in the Segments and the WCB Enterprise Leadership team.**Responsibilities**+ Define our market opportunity, competitive landscape, Microsoft differentiators, communities, and GTM strategy for the Manufacturing cloud+ Accelerate US Manufacturing Industry growth across segments with a focus on “must win logos”/focus accounts+ Drive enablement plans that puts the customer outcome and value delivered at the center, uncovering and solving roadblocks for landing in the field+ Develop and/or localize the Industry Messaging, solution offerings, and customer experiences in alignment with WW Industry, WW Enterprise Commercial, and US sales and marketing+ Deliver pipeline growth and business results through integrated marketing, enablement, and landing plans+ Act as the US subject matter expert for Manufacturing GTMs+ Drive US industry strategy and alignment across WW teams, sales, marketing, and other key stakeholders+ Provide insight and feedback from US customers and partners to the WW industry teams to help learning and improvement in industry solutions and digital transformation+ Participate in monthly feedback sessions WW:+ Report on Business Impact+ Provide Field Insights+ Alert on Roadblocks/ Help Needed request+ Partner with our Chief Digital Office (CDO), Microsoft Consulting and Global Partner Sales (GPS) to define “quick start” offerings to enable field execution against industry scenarios+ Lead the cross-group collaboration and monthly business review content; articulate progress against success metrics, lead corrective actions and drive accountability across operating models GTM**Qualifications**+ 8-10 of marketing communications, product marketing or technical evangelism experience, including experience in cloud / SaaS environments.+ 8+ years of professional experience+ Proven functional and technical product knowledge of Microsoft data services and competitive offerings.
