Abcam is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join the Fireplex Manufacturing group in Waltham, MA.
This role&039;s primary responsibilities include executing Fireplex Manufacturing activities on a daily basis and providing support to Manufacturing Engineers at the established quality standards.
This role involves manufacturing in a laboratory environment which includes daily use and monitoring of specialized equipment for making microparticles and use of commercially available equipment for quality control measurements.
Additional activities include preparing and validating laboratory reagents and consumables.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and is a team player.
A solid knowledge of basic laboratory techniques is required as well as a willingness to learn.
