Licensed Social Worker | Hospital | Nationwide | $1,500-$2,200 Per Week

POSITION OVERVIEW

Earn $1,500-$2,200 weekly as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

TotalMed has immediate nationwide openings for hospital based Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). The LCSW will provide behavioral health assessments and services for patients.

 

 ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide a wholistic approach of care
  • Assist with patient discharge planning to reduce rehospitalization of patients
  • Identify and coordinate community resources for patients post hospitalization
  • Float to other hospital units as required
  • Identify patient needs as it relate to their mental health.
  • Completes hospital specific assessments for patients

Requirements

  • Current LCSW license for the state that the facility is located
  • 2 years of recent acute care inpatient case management experience in a hospital setting
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral health, Psychology, or a relevant field
