We hope you’ll join us A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GLASS ETCHING TECHNICIAN / MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION WORKERAs a Glass Etching Technician / Manufacturing Production Worker, you have the important job of ensuring that glass and marble products are customized according to specifications.
You facilitate the etching process, leaving elegant designs on awards, plaques, and clocks.
Each order is different, and you enjoy working on a wide variety of promotional products such as wine glasses, vases, paperweights, and beer steins.
You take accountability for ensuring every job is completed on time by carefully keeping an eye on inventory and planning out the workload process.Attentive to detail, you proof the design, then make and apply a self-adhesive stencil.
Next, you sandblast the item using our professional blasting equipment.
With a focus on quality and safety, you monitor the equipment and perform minor maintenance to keep it operating smoothly.
After the design has been etched on the exposed areas, you remove the stencil and clean the surface.
Some orders require color-filling etched pieces, while others require minor assembly.
